now i find out other than LLC, we have S corporation and C corporation....
and apparently there's a difference on where you registered your business... and for the East Coast, Delaware is the popular business registering state cuz they made paying taxes and other things easy.
And apparently i was thinking too deep for a business company name... I need to go simple.
