This update: page 95-101
Finally, finally back to my manga after 2 months of hiatus, it pains me to stop updating when i am only updating once per month.
Looking at the newest pages, I think i can say "I got it" with the lights finally. At least much better than before, I could use a lot less colors, details, and still achieve a cinematic look to my pages because of light setups.
Funny how i never could get it watching people paint, copying paintings, or watching cars go by, or even playing with 3D, until I see a cinematographer set up his lights for his subjects. Then it clicked.
