- Must be in 650 pixel, no limit in length
-1 to 4 frame cartoon viewable in a web browser (i.e. Version 6.0, Firefox Version 2.0)
* Acceptable file format

-swf (550*400), max. file size 50MB
* Choose the color you want:
Black/White or Color, both OK
*Official Language: KO and/or English
* In the web-cartoons category, additional credits will be given to works which not only emphasize the characteristics of the digital media, such as subject, movements of the background, sounds, etc, but also blends well with the overall works. (Note: sound source should be owned by the applicants, or should not be copyright-protected)
Scroll Comics short - Must be in 650 pixel, no limit in length

- Under 5 episodes, but should have a complete narrative structure as a story

- Illustration made of Computer Graphics (i.e. 2D, 3D, 2D+3D composite works)
Creative Story - Synopsis for all scenarios (A4 Size, MS-Word 10point, no limit in number of pages)
- episodes of scenario(A4 MS-Word 10point, each episode must be 2-3 pages in length
-Should have one complete narrative structure as a story
